Community Advisory Group

As part of the environmental process, a Community Advisory Group (CAG) has been established. The CAG is comprised of a diverse range of stakeholders who will assist the study team throughout the process. The study team will look to CAG members to give input on behalf of the stakeholder groups that they represent, to review information and study findings, and to help get information to the general public. The role of the CAG is to advise MoDOT. MoDOT and FHWA will ultimately make the final decision on which alternative best addresses the needs and issues of Route N.

The first Community Advisory Group meeting was held on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at Wentzville City Hall. The meeting was attended by 14 regional school district leaders, emergency responders, home owner association representatives, business owners, and church leaders.

The second Community Advisory Group meeting was held on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Wentzville Fire Protection District offices. The meeting was attended by 9 regional school district leaders, emergency responders, home owner association representatives, business owners, and church leaders.

Technical Advisory Group

The Technical Advisory Group (TAG) is a group of technical staff that will represent their agency in advising the study team during the development, analysis, refinement, and selection of project solutions for the Route N corridor. 
 
The TAG is organized around the jurisdictions included in the Study area including MoDOT, St. Charles County, Lake St. Louis, Wentzville, and O’Fallon.  Members include technical staff from the affected jurisdictions/support agencies/regional partners including, but not limited to:
  • City/County Engineers
  • City/County Public Works
  • City/County Planners
  • City/County Economic Development Agencies/Directors
  • MoDOT Disciplines (e.g. Area Engineers, traffic, maintenance representatives)
  • Multi-modal representatives
